When you walk through a crowded gym and every bench and
machine is taken with a bigger, stronger guy, or worse yet, with the help of
that squat rack curling brother, you can just roll over, walk out of the box.
gym and say you'll be back later.
But you're not an idiot, and it's not a walk inside the
park, it's your gym time, damn it, and there's no way you're going to skip your
daily grinding session just because some idiots take all the tools.
So instead of forever preparing for the bench to loosen,
find a vacant corner of the gym and do those bodyweight moves. With the ones
you have in your arsenal, you'll be burning stomach fat for a stronger shredded
medium in no time.

1. Pumps
This is a timeless traditional. Push-ups are essential for
building a big chest, cannonball delts, and triceps that look like the triangle
you pulled out of the turkey on Thanksgiving. Control this circulation and it
will bring you the same benefits as the bench press.

2. Pull up
Another classic is circulating. The pullup hits every muscle
in the body and is underrated in terms of enhancing the arms and abs. It stands
on its own as the unique bicep curl and honestly, it's one of the best things
you can do on your hands, not to mention your back muscle tissue.

3. Board
Many health professionals believe that protecting a board
for more than a minute is a truly remarkable measure of health. The board
requires exquisite shoulder stability and endurance of the abdominal muscles,
reduced feedback, shoulders, neck and legs. Nothing better than that, but it
works great at expanding an exceptional six percent. (more time under tension =
more muscle).

4. Procedure (abdominal wheel or dumbbell)
Okay, this one isn't without its tricks - you'll need a curling iron or a barbell. But the abdominal tension you feel when unfolding is similar to what you feel on a board, just one more step. The further you go, the more hard the workout becomes, which leads to better results. (It's a high-quality workout for smaller men for that too.) Plus, you'll look like a badass.

5. Gluteal bridge
Yes, it's not exactly the prettiest exercise anymore (it's
downright uncomfortable, like those actions), but any instructor will tell you
that having strong, cellular glutes is crucial for good back health, and
different specialists agree that having a fixed glute does wonders for your
sexual attraction.
Reverse row

6. Reverse row
Arguably as flexible a return exercise as the pullup, the
reverse row is a top-notch opposite move to work with the pushup. Rotate your
palms to keep the bar close at hand, and you've also got a better bicep builder
than any curl variation available. It's a key exercise for developing extended
shoulders and big palms, and that means more interest at the beach this summer.

7. Close grip pumps
This variation of pushups particularly focuses on your
triceps, and the large triceps make your arms look much bigger. Plus: Since all
of your muscles (made up of the biceps and triceps) grow in pairs, the larger
triceps move closer to the larger biceps. Add this flow to your arm exercises
and watch your progress recover.
Star board

8. Star board
This taller version of the board no longer creates a bigger
effect on your core, but also forces your chest and shoulders to take some of
the load. It also shows that you can work your chest, shoulders, and abs at the
same time.
The number one favorite exercise for any instructor looking
to help their clients burn fat, the burpee has become a staple in packages,
from bootcamps to CrossFit and everything in between (in fact, it was made
famous through CrossFit ). A full-frame explosive move that requires better
aerobics than
